You can cancel your order if it has not been dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately with your order number for cancellation requests.

Shipping fees will be fully refunded if the order has not been shipped at the time of cancellation. Orders already in transit with the courier cannot be canceled. We recommend contacting our customer care team before purchasing if you are unsure about a product.

We do not accept exchanges unless you received the wrong item or if the exchange is covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act. Please review sizing information carefully as we cannot exchange products due to incorrect sizing.

We accept returns for items covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act, such as manufacturing faults. Returns for change of mind reasons are not accepted due to the nature of our products. DVDs cannot be returned due to copyright reasons.

Returned items are not resold. Instead, they are disposed of in compliance with our policies.

If you receive a faulty product, please check for common issues such as battery placement and travel locks. If the product remains faulty, contact us within 7 days with your order number, a description of the issue, and if possible, a photo or video of the fault.

We may provide a return courier bag for the item if necessary and arrange for a replacement. If the same item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for a new purchase.

Our warranty covers products for 31 days from the purchase date, unless a manufacturer’s warranty period is specified. It covers manufacturing faults and defects but does not cover misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.

If a product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a similar model or provide a refund as applicable. Manufacturer’s warranty periods take precedence if specified.
